      If You Work Hard and Are not in the Click You Are Expendable If you Go Out of Your Way To Help You Are Expendable. If You Help Others You Are Expendable. If You Are Not in a Managers Favor You Are Expendable. Since Guilherme Johanpeter took over the Company is moving backwards not forward,

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
