      Pros

      nothing great to mention about IT department . It was good initially , went to bad and now has got worse..

      Cons

      No Recognition for good employees , managers don't know what they are doing., even employees who perform consistently well are not recognized.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
