      Secret investigations done by HR to target salaried employees. HR doesn’t involve the accused in their witch hunts——just does what the union wants them to do.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
