Pros
Just about everyday lunch was payed for. Not much micro manger going on. I felt free to come in everyday and get my job done. Just basic average start up company.
Cons
The sales training was a joke. The sales manger was a great sales person himself ,but training people on the how to sell the product was really lacking.
