Pros
Fully stocked kitchen that gets restocked biweekly. Friendly people all around the office (when it doesn't come to work). Company updates that give you the direction of the company every so often. Great work/life balance - they don't overwork you like many other companies
Cons
Where do I start..everything looks promising once you first get hired. As time goes on, and many..many..people leave, you start to realize the truth about the culture at Gigya. Upper management has absolutely no idea as to what direction they're going into. Recently, they let go a fairly large portion of their sales team. These sales reps weren't even let go due to performance! Many were just unlucky at the wrong time. But the biggest quarrel I have is the upwards mobility, or lack thereof I should say. Sales reps get hired in believing they have a chance to move upwards within the company. Many of the employee's in various other departments were hired as low end Sales Reps..but just came at the right time where they could get promoted. Obviously, those promotions have ceased, because I haven't seen one sales rep get promoted since then. What's the point for lower employees to stay within the company if they feel they can't get promoted? Many of the team are already looking straight towards the door.
