Business Outlook
Pros
Company is doing well with new products and appears to have a strong pipeline. People were, for the most part, great to work with. Looked like there was a willingness to provide whatever resources were needed. Treats contractors well, although they are not included in company functions. Cafeteria has great selections.
Cons
There was excessive involvement by upper management that resulted in unwarranted micromanagement, effected morale, and added to project delay. General feeling that there was excessive pressure on employees to get things done.
