      Unyielding drive to continually improve is what makes the organization fresh, exciting, and innovative. Although leadership is sensitive to avoid it, change fatigue can happen periodically when many critical change projects intersect at one time.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Employee appreciation. Wonderful options for career advancement and professional development. Extensive nurse residency program for new graduate nurses.

      Cons

      Some units are awfully managed — not an NYU specific issue, just unit specific. Would love to transfer into another part of the system. Scheduling is quite difficult, I feel like I have no work life balance some weeks.
