Pros
I met some really great sales reps and the culture had its moments. Nice perks, good benefits.
Cons
Obnoxiously metrics driven. Poor leadership. Not a whole lot of room for growth. Lacking communication between departments, which makes your job as a sales rep really difficult. A lot of customer satisfaction issues, many of which are out of the rep's control. Also, the company is not doing well financially and it's obvious. Lots of pressure to perform with that in mind.
