      - good brand with great company values - The adaptation to the pandemic measures has been quick and efficient

      Cons

      - As an engineer I found it impossible to innovate : I was hired to do algorithms R&D and I found myself doing only integration, debugging, validation and testing

      Pros

      -Great Brand, awesome products and passionate people. -They do encourage living the “GoPro Lifestyle” - be passionate about something and share that passion.

      Cons

      -The Nick Factor: Working for a visionary founder can be amazing and inspirational. It can also be devastating to an incredible company when that founder owns 51% of the voting shares and is not accountable to anyone for a failure to execute. He should remain as a visionary Chief of Product / Marketing - but he needs a real CEO and COO to fix the systemic churn and failure to execute that sits squarely at his feet.
