Pros

They pay you more than minimum wage. You are allowed to utilize your PTO 9 out of 12 months of the year. They are closed 3 days per year, so plenty of days to work. They pretty much never fire anyone unless you steal. Or commit some sort of fraud.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage for a high end, highly profitable industry. Managers do just about everything from recruiting, staffing, payroll, scheduling, conference calls, sales, training, coaching, store maintenance, deposits, loss prevention, in store events, meetings, customer escalations. During the pandemic the safety of employees was handled terribly. There was minimal relief for employees who were struggling. They do not have drinkable water provided in any of the 5 locations I have worked in over 3 years for employees. You work everyday, at best 2 days off per week. You are expected to be there just about all holidays and Almost every weekend. During the Political Events/Protests this company was quiet. And couldn’t even put out a business professional statement regarding events and then standing behind their employees. Commission structure is universal nationwide. (Meaning the structure is profitable for less affluent areas. Example: If you live in a city where an iPhone is popular you make no money.)
