Pros
Really smart people. Very little competition between colleagues. Pay is decent.
Cons
Everything great culture wise has become pretty stiff since the acquisition. Communication is abysmal but I really think it's because Omnicom isn't telling anyone anything helpful. It's usually impossible to find a conference room space because there just isn't enough room overall.
