- most skilled colleagues had already gone - responsibility without authority to influence things (including low level managers) - low skilled managers - not able to ensure good mood, motivate, micromanaging people when under pressure - sometimes not clear chain of responsibility - too many people wasting time around development providing inadequate additional value - in certain places work with quite "old" technologies - lot of bureaucracy and processes - mostly due to work with sensitive informations - agile by "management decision" - pager duty by component vs regular work with different components
