1) This isn't management's first rodeo: A16Z backed, third startup for the CEO. 2) One of the best workplaces for women in the Bay Area. 3) Growing rapidly, ideal for people who can roll up their sleeves and solve problems that no one has seen before. 4) Hard work gets rewarded. 5) Fun people do well here. Weekly happy hour. Employees hang out together on weekends.
Cons
Although GoodData was considered a 'billion dollar startup' years before the term 'unicorn' became fashionable, management hasn't sought out a headline grabbing funding round. It'd be a nice ego boost to officially work for a unicorn though.
