Old school but they are working on that. Commission based only Not enough opportunities Very stuck in their ways Growth opportunities are very few

In fact, the 7/7 training class launched the first 3-week version of the program followed by 4 weeks of dedicated support by working with your training class with a Recruiting Partner Mentor. So we are now offering 3x the time to learn the business and launch successfully. More evolution to come, and hopefully you can build your business to a point that you could grow into the Recruiting Partner Mentor role or even into the Area Director and Senior Area Director track. Pros

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

Cons

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

The ability to work from home and flexible schedule

Cons

Horrible leadership, favoritism to tenures recruiters that don’t work, high turnover, unpaid commission.
