Pros
Hire straight out of college. Mostly young people. Friendly staff.
Cons
They offer a $10k sign on bonus, move you far away from your hometown so you have to use the $10k to settle in, and then lock you in a 1yr contract. If you quit or get fired before your 1yr is over, you have to pay the $10k back. You’re given 100 different things to do every single day and no time to do it. Hours are “8-5” but you’re encouraged to work through lunch and until 6pm. You’re seen as a number instead of a person. Major favoritism. They say there are WFH opportunities, but if you’re not in the top 1% of producers, you can forget about it.
