Pros

I recently worked with a recruiter while looking for my next position. This person by far was the most professional recruiter I have worked with in my career. He really cared about getting the right position for me and was always available to me via email of phone call. I highly recommend Green Key above any other recruiting firm.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of

Pros

Remote work. The 3 founding partners are great guys.

Cons

I can only speak for the back-office teams, but I strongly would advise against joining them. The CTO/CIO is hotheaded and very manipulative. You're expected to read his mind, and when you don’t, you're made to feel stupid and incompetent. Priorities shift frequently, usually without clear communication, which makes it difficult to meet expectations. Work that seemed urgent one day may suddenly be deprioritized the next, and you'll be criticized for not anticipating changes and for not completing projects that were put on hold. You will also be put on tasks that are way outside your job description. Many reviews on here note the CTO's behavior and how he is clearly the reason the company can't progress, and yet not only do they ignore these comments, they continue to promote him. He is wildly immature, refuses to take anyone else's opinions into consideration, almost never shows up to meetings, and constantly has an attitude. Attempts to raise concerns about this were often dismissed. HR uses their best jargon to make excuses, and they also delete negative reviews (they will try to deny this, but I literally watched them do it). Additionally, they'll expect you to wrap up major projects or even train replacements after being fired, with minimal severance and timing that is blatantly to avoid bonus payouts. Turnover in general is horrible, people willingly leave or are let go on a daily basis.
