Pros

Good skill development plan Flexible timings Hybrid work culture

Cons

There is no team bonding/ team bonding activities like outings, lunch etc. No proper projects. They have only short term projects which will last for like 2-3 months.. once that is done you will be moved on to the bench and that will be very bad phase.. you have to find projects and give interviews, if you are not selected in 3 interviews during bench period (even if it is the staffing coordinator's fault by shortlisting your profile for higher experienced roles) then you will be laid off directly. There's a lot of favouritism in this company from higher management in salary hikes, projects allocation and especially promotions. They show-off clients like anything (they have good clients like google, visa, ford, pepsi, experian, p&g, mars, etc.) but you will only know about them when you join because they have a very bad work. I suggest everyone to not join the organization looking at the clients orelse your future will be in the wrong hands and you will regret this decision for sure.

Pros

Fast-paced and dynamic environment that keeps you engaged and continuously learning. Strong sense of momentum, there is always something meaningful to work on. Great opportunity to stay up to date with modern tools, workflows, and industry practices. Exposure to diverse projects, which helps you grow quickly and build experience in a short time. Supportive and professional colleagues who value ownership, problem solving, and delivery.

Cons

The workload can be intense at times, especially when multiple deadlines overlap. Work–life balance may require extra personal effort, depending on the project phase and expectations. The fast-paced nature of the work may feel demanding for those who prefer slower or more predictable rhythms. For contractor-based roles, compensation and benefits may be more limited or not standardized, and may require clearer upfront alignment depending on the engagement model.
