      -remote work allowed -not a bad starting salary for postgrads

      Cons

      -close to no transferable skills -high stress, low pay -your workload will drastically increase with close to no increase in pay -bad work/life balance, expected to be on call for clients 24/7 -toxic management -immature, cliquey team behavior
