We recognize that certain elements of the entry level Research Analyst/Client Service Associate position can be repetitive, and often find that repetition early in the role is a great way to learn and refine skills needed for success.
Guidepoint values mentoring at all management levels. Many members of our staff value the support from their managers as a strong motivator for success. For example, one of our current Research Analysts says, “[My manager] wants everyone to do well, and he wants everyone to succeed, and he prioritizes that above his own recognition or success, and to have that support, as well as to see that professional discipline, makes me want to work really hard every day.”
Even though we’re committed to our people, turnover is a natural event that all companies experience.
