Response Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that you like the job and the training that is provided to our teams. In the US, office hours are until 6, but unfortunately some roles do require extended hours. Since a lot of the clients that we serve work those same hours (if not longer), our client service work day requires a similar schedule to be able to best serve our clients. “Summer Fridays” are a perk we offer in conjunction with the office happy hours throughout the rest of the year. Since Guidepoint has a “work hard, play hard” culture, we try to create balance by offering these and other perks to our hardworking employees. Thank you again for your input.
