Business Outlook
Pros
Relatively young work culture and regular company parties (for work successes, summer, holidays etc). If you are open and friendly, you can meet some great people. Great place to figure out what you REALLY want to do.
Cons
Upper management can really con you. Be careful whom you trust with your personal and career goals. The CEO is very obviously numbers driven and doesn't seem to care about the attention and details that go into the work. If he does, the rest of the teams don't know/sense that. The office was very crowded by the time I left (although I hear they are moving)
