Pros
The only thing I can say about Guidepoint that is not completely negative is that the pay was fair. Although that was my experience, I know others were paid terribly.
Cons
You won't learn anything or develop any valuable skills, senior management is just looking to make money and they dont care about employee development or morale. The biggest mistake of my life was taking a job here. Set my career back big time.
