Pros
Great clothes, the quality and fashion is great. I loved working with children too. There aren't many locations which makes it easier for people to want to come to your store.
Cons
There is no balance between work and personal life. You will LIVE at your store if you are a store manager. It also hurts offering jobs to people at such a low pay rate. I made 3-4 times as much as some of my associates.
