Pros
HCSS is one of the greatest places I've ever worked. They are extremely committed to their employees and have an amazing work environment in which to thrive in. The employees are all extremely helpful and friendly as well as being driven to make the company, and subsequently you, more successful. The product that HCSS sells is the industry leader by a clear margin and it makes selling it an easy venture. Work life balance is amazing and one that is encouraged, and the benefits and pay are both extremely good. I am constantly bragging about where I work and I love coming to work for HCSS every day.
Cons
I add a cons section because every place has a side to it that is hard. HCSS' cons are that they are extremely picky in who they choose and the hiring process is difficult. I think that this is a pro and a con in the sense that not just anyone can work here, they only select the top tier people to work here. That being said, it makes it difficult to get hired and it was a process that took some time. It was absolutely worth the time and investment and my advice to anyone trying to get hired here is to study what products they offer (they are on the website), and to come in to the hiring process ready to call and ask when you can hear back from them.
