Pros
They had many fitness programs, good health benefits, profit sharing, and nice bonuses. One nice touch, they provided lunch every Friday and had a general meeting for all the staff.
Cons
This company sounds great in theory and Mike Rydin intended it to be a great place to work however he had promoted the wrong people into middle management and their philosophy was, "I'm on board, now pull up the ladder.' For those of you who want to apply, only meek, non threatening candidates were considered. No one who wouldn't submit to the managers. Once in, you weren't going anywhere. Also, the pay was not up to industry averages. HR was in a word, dishonest. They made promises for advancement that never seemed to materialize for anyone. That's why I had to leave.
