Morale is low. Management is inept and unethical in managing employees and overseeing their safety and of their customers (airlines). Nepotism is rampant and therefore expect little to no raises to the already below industry wages and no career advancement. Management is accustomed to turnover in their employees and so do not care about retaining them, no matter the skill or qualifications. Worse though, is that management makes it no secret that their only concern is meeting the monthly quotas, even if corners are to be cut.
