      Worst company I've ever worked for! The GM is horrible with guest! The owners of the hotel do not value good employees and talks to them like crap!

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
