Maximum Hospitality - do not work for them - Assistant General Manager Hampton Inn by Hilton Employee Review

Pros

Great beginning career job - good to learn how to run all departments and always a strong support system with Hilton Hotels

Cons

Limited Service is a nightmare - especially when the management company doesn't care about their employees. Maximum Hospitality offers no formal training nor long-term benefits. They provide no feedback nor review any of their managers in a timely or efficient manner. Hampton Inns are O.K. but not under this management company.

Pros

•It was a paycheck •A lot of alone time •A few nice coworkers

Cons

• High costs to have health insurance despite low pay. • A lot of immaturity, toxicity, and backstabbing amongst management and coworkers. • Favoritism; some get promoted despite grossly not satisfying metrics but because their mother is friends with the manager they are promoted. • Immature young lead housekeepers who have no social skills and are poor trainers. • They make you memorize the mission statement and punish you if you don't.
