      Pros

      Family owned hotel that let us run a hotel the way it should be run. Relaxed family atmosphere, good pay, good benefits, annual bonus for all employees, monthly meetings with lunch, yearly Thanksgiving and Christmas luncheon, great incentives, etc.

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
