      The employees were very nice.

      Cons

      Worst management I experienced, they were condescending and rude, from what I observed staff seemed fearful of reprisal to make objective comments.

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
