      Hilton is great company with a lot to offer. Its a great experience if you're looking to get your foot in the door with the company. Team member perks are great!

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
