Demands for what they want out of staff when living in a rual area to meet metrics is unreasonable. The time and effort into training new staff due to high turnover rate being a college town. And you cant really work their for more then five years. You will make to much and fhey will place a performance improvement plan that you will never be able to meet. If that happens just start looking for another job. They expect one to fail. For 9 years I never on e at a tiem where my scheduke was every the same. Co stant change everyweek and possibly daily do to. All outs or staff quitting. No consideration for having one weekend off a month like in the hand book for managers.
