      Pros

      Opportunity to grow with the company is there if you are able to travel. Great benefits and product to promote to customers.Training is available.

      Cons

      Work schedule can be anytime day or night depending on what has to be done. This tends to put a strain on work-life balance. Light staffing creates challenges to get required training completed. No central location to do load outs for customers. Benefits and decent wage only available to full time employees.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
