Pros
HT is a great company with competitive salaries and great benefits. I loved the flexible hours and the opportunities to move up in the company. The bonuses were a definite plus too.
Cons
The management was terrible most times, and the turn around rate was pretty high. The management didn't mind placing blame on their associates for things out of their control.
