Pros

Nobody ever stole my lunch from the fridge.

Cons

Despite the deli being absurdly understaffed the management verbally abused my coworker for refusing to come in on their days off, they scheduled me 40 hours a week but wouldn't give me full time benefits because my schedule "wasn't open enough", the manager regularly spoke ill of my coworkers in front of me and had me reuse old product/relabel it so it could be sold. They misgendered my trans coworker even though they literally wore a pronoun pin every single day, the management made racist remarks about the Mexican immigrants who worked there, and I was making less than $12 an hour despite having years of experience and being one of their only openers. Keep in mind this low rate of pay was treated as something kind they didn't have to do for me. I was making $3-4 more than my coworkers who didn't have experience so definitely not a job for anyone who wants to pay bills or purchase things with your wages. Management was perpetually dismissive of how understaffed we were despite their being more work for any of us to handle and the manager staying overtime nearly every week.
