      10% employee discount on all HT branded items

      Cons

      -Lackluster upper management -Bad pay -Random drug testing for 10$ an hour job -Become scapegoat for all problems either from cashiers under you or management over you. -Company was widly behind the times -.25 cent a year raise.

      Pros

      department managers are great. Good people to work with. You may get moved around from store to store, not great if you have to open. The scheduling is a favorites game, so work hard and do your job.

      Cons

      you can get moved around a lot. your shift isn't always going to be the same.
