I'm encouraged to hear of your positive experiences thus far, and I appreciate your feedback regarding opportunities for improvement. We are consistently evaluating and seeking to improve our onboarding process to enable as positive a transition into the company as possible. We're planning to add content in 2020 to the onboarding process that I believe will help address some of the challenges you highlighted.
Likewise, I appreciate your comments and advice regarding the value of diversity at Health Catalyst. I agree strongly with this value from diversity, and also recognize there are very real challenges associated with increasing the diversity of our team member base. However, we have been working to enable meaningful progress here, for a number of years, and I'm encouraged to see evidence of progress, including an increase to the number and percentage of team members who are female, rising to 36% of our team members as of today, significantly higher than the technology industry average which is typically closer to 25%. This represents an opportunity for us to more effectively tap into the talent pool represented by our entire population, rather than subsets of that full talent pool. I'm also encouraged to see the results of positive compensation infrastructure and policies that have enabled Health Catalyst to achieve true pay parity for male and female team members. And we consistently focus here to ensure that every team member at Health Catalyst feels that they have a bright future ahead of them at Health Catalyst in the months and years ahead.
