      Healthcare Benefits vacation and sick days are great Most staff are good to work with

      Cons

      Product vision is uncertain without a strong leader. Overwhelming backlog and lack staff with skills to complete backlog. Product Manger yells at colleagues during meetings. Tech debt is severe with no roadmap to fix items Clients suffer from poor planning Company cuts corners to deliver product without plans to fix it Staff is not trained to use the product and keep up with training. Too many pivots in the vision Unable to set long term goals. CEO sets unrealistic OKRs for product department Multiple barriers to complete assigned work.

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!
