      Pros

      Learned a great deal about the individual health insurance market. There were many dedicated and smart people from which to learn from during my tenure.

      Cons

      It was a very chaotic place during my tenure and required many long days and weekends. Layoffs and re-organizations were abundant.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
