The culture at HealthMarkets is AWESOME and a welcome change to that which I was dealing with as a public school teacher. The culture is all-around POSITIVE! The management is happy to be here, the agents are happy to be here, and the customers are happy to receive outstanding service by happy agents (like me!). Not only is the management supportive, they are also open-minded to changes and suggestions. I have received more positive feedback in the three months I have been here than in 7 years of teaching!!! Overall, the company is customer-focused and very supportive of its agents. You can tell that HealthMarkets truly cares about their agents and customers. In addition to the positive environment, the flexibility is unbeatable, and there is no ceiling on the amount of money you can make and therefore unlimited potential to grow your business.
