Pros

Local branch people are great, friendly and helpful. The health insurance is well thought out and home office stall are good to help with cliams.

Cons

Your daily appoinments are set by someone across the country with no knowledge of the distances involved, then you are blamed for too much drive time. They set up a communication system that doesn't work, and grip they can't reach you. The retirement match is given in company stock.
