Pros
First two months of training were the best among any company. - Very easy transition from college life to corporate life. - less work load - brand-value - good for preparing for other exams while in job - job security is best - Lots of negative motivation you will get to leave the company and u will succeed also.
Cons
- Pay-scale is worst, employees are underpaid. - increment is bad - high bureaucracy in upper management - no value for lower management - management is very consoling, but very bad in action - not good for people who want a good career growth - they talk of values, they themselves don't follow - Employee satisfaction not good, every employee in middle or lower management wants to leave the company -
