- They are still living in the 1960s... - wont think you are good to work untill you have grey hairs...irrespected of talent. - during appraisal,only people at level like manager, deputy manager and higher level get good rating and people in job band 11 are made the scapegoat to fill the so called BELL curve. - Low salary compared to other similar companies ...but they will always try to justify it. - 80:20 rule.....20 percent people do 80 % work and are still not recognized. - desi company...and not going to change for the next 20 years if only they survive in globalization,competing with the likes of Alcoa, rio tinto Alcan, vedanta etc -Demotivated employee who suck your enthusiasm with them and reason being the above mentioned reasons. -Very high attrition of GETs -Extremely remote area... most backward belts of india.. -Bad infrastructure of townships...not even basic necessities like good school,medical, transport.
