Pros
1. Location is in the northeast so it's easy to commute if you stay nearby. 2. Simple interview to pass if you can prove you like to work long hours. 3. Head office is in Taipei so Mandarin is a precious advantage. 4. Works if you can handle JIT (just-in-time) jobs.
Cons
1. Small office; will have to do things out of your job scope. 2. Manual tracking of orders + ERP system so broken down that using it is useless. 3. Top-Down approach; demanding seniors. 4. No work-life balance. Normal for staff to stay beyond 8. 5. HR openly talks about candidates after the interview.
