Business Outlook
Pros
Fantastic team from the CEO down, especially within engineering. A unique product using FPGA technology provided a very broad and highly complex technical environment which led to plenty of technical and managerial challenges. Bucket loads of responsibility given to just about everybody from the moment they walked in the door.
Cons
A superior product isn't a guarantee of success. Difficult to find a way of selling enough to continue competing in a what is a very expensive and hard fought market place.
