Sad to see what it is becoming. - Production Operator Hitachi Employee Review

The company sets un-achievable goals for it's understaffed/undertrained operators. Machine errors that you have to explain at the end of the shift to a supervisor who wasn't present. Taking lunches 6-7 hours into the shift in order to rotate breaks due to having an undertrained staff, leaving all the heavy lifting to one trained operator at a time. Lots of favoritism, supervisors bringing in friends and family who climb the ladder almost instantly. (Not all are this way and some good people are at the top, but it's getting way worse.)
