One of the best reasons to work for Hitachi Capital is the vast opportunities there are to develop your career. With so many departments across the business, you get the opportunity to undertake shadowing or training to get to know exactly what is happening in each business area and all team managers & department leaders are friendly & approachable. Other positives include the annual bonus scheme incentive.
Cons
Having come from a very small business in my last job, I was worried I would be intimidated by the 'competition' here but everybody here works professionally and is easy to communicate with, making it a great place to work and giving you opportunities to develop your career.
