* I get to meet interesting people * everyday is something new * snacks are 50% off * employee discount on all IHG hotels is huge.
Cons
* constantly overworked and understaffed * the hotel is falling apart ( I bumped into a wall between the desk and office and it shook. Also, I keep finding random screws everywhere) * No pay raise in nearly 3 years * nepotism and favoritism
