      Pros

      Hospitality is my career of choice. I love working with people and meeting guests from all around the world is an great experience.

      Cons

      Upset guests. Unfortunately we sometimes have guests that have very bad days. We as guest service employees have to understand it is not our fault but we have the opportunity to change things and make their vacation better.

      The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
