Pros
Lots of work, lots of hours, decent coworkers except a couple, no micro managing or even management on weekends, pizza party's every now and then,
Cons
You may have to work doubles from time to time. They cant keep any good employees, theft is happening between coworkers, they dont have meetings so you never know what is happening from week to week, they just dont care
